1. Under the Download icon group, use the Controllers pull-down menu to select
either all controllers or a specific controller to which the Cardholder information
should be downloaded.
2. To download all Cardholders, click the Download All icon.
3. To download one Cardholder, select that Cardholder from the list and click the
Download Selected icon.
